In the Chinese advertising industry, CIA has nothing to do with the US foreign intelligence service. China Independent Agencies alliance was formed three years ago with a hefty goal to join forces in educating the market and clients to value creativity in the work more. Founded in November 2013, Tianyukong was one of the initiators of the alliance, and remains in the industry’s top 3 independent creative agencies.
在中国广告界，CIA的含义与外国情报机构无关。三年前，中国独立创意联盟（CIA），目的是共同教育市场与客户更加重视创意的力量，进而达到推进中国创意行业发展的愿景。天与空是创意热店联盟CIA主要发起者，2013年11月由四个创意出身的创意人成立，到现在一直保持创意热店行业前三。
Haibo Huang, the co-founder and chief creative officer of Tianyukong in Shanghai, has accomplished a lot in the 17 years of his career that started in a 4A company. “Having won the international and national awards, I am now more willing to cultivate the team and new talents to make more influential works like George Lewis. I like art, technology and Chinese culture. My works involve a lot of land art and cultural revival.”

1.Favorite movie of all time? 有史以来你最喜欢的电影是哪一部？
There’s a limit to how many people and movies you’ll like, you can come across in your lifetime. I love «Inception» with DiCaprio the most. Di Caprio and Amir Khan are the greatest actors of our time, it’s hard to have a single actor, who can change a country with every work .
人生能碰到喜欢的人和电影是非常有限的，最爱莱昂纳多·迪卡普里奥的《盗梦空间》，把你的信息从正面植入对方大脑，而不是反面。莱昂纳多·迪卡普里奥和印度的阿米尔汗是这个时代最伟大的演员，很难有一个演员，每一部作品都能改变国家。
2.Coolest place you’ve been sent to work? 工作中去过的最有意思的地方是哪里？
I’m a person who likes to have fun, and the job of advertising happens to be fun, allowing me to bring ideas to different parts of the world. There’s a saying that if you’ve never come to the Great Wall, you’re not a true man, but anyone who’s seen crowds of people roaming Badaling section would be disappointed. The very first time I’ve truly felt the greatness of this defense fortification is when I was on a project at Mutianyu Great Wall— I could really appreciate this world’s wonder quietly on my own.
我是一个喜欢玩的人，广告这份工作刚好也是好玩的，并且允许我把创意可以玩到世界不同的地方。不到长城非好汉，见识过人山人海的八达岭长城之后是会失望的。让我第一次感受到这一伟大防御工程的伟大，是去慕田峪长城执行一个工作，顺便可以一个人去静静的触摸和感受世界奇迹。
3.What is the best gift you’ve ever received? 你收到过的最好的礼物是什么？
A child— a boy, or a girl, a child is the best gift Heaven can give. You grow with your children, and life is more complete.
孩子，不管是男孩还是女孩，这都是上天给我最好的礼物。陪伴孩子的成长就是自己的成长过程，生命得以完整。
4.Winter or summer? 喜欢夏天还是冬天？
Summer, at any hot place. Living in the mountains since childhood, I was afraid of the cold. Talent— is the most beautiful flower, that blossoms in summer.
夏天，一切热的地方。从小生活在大山，被冷怕了。人才是夏天开出的最美花。
5.Someone you would like to have dinner with? 想跟谁一起共进晚餐？
My wife. It’s the person in my life who’s known me the longest, the person who loves me and whom I love. Human beings are creatures of memory— once you see someone you’ve known for a long time, you inevitably go back to the time when you were young. When work is too busy, family is an eternal topic— you’re never giving enough, and when you can, you should be with family as much as possible.
媳妇，生命里跟我最久的人，爱我的人和我爱的人。人是记忆的动物，看到对方就会回到曾经年少的时光。工作这么忙，回家是永恒的主题，给予总是太少，能多在一起尽量多在一起。
