While Athletes Sweat, Brands Work Out Their Creativity



Over 100,000 athletes and 260 countries are currently competing in the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.  We’ve picked out some of this year’s best Olympic campaigns from China.


Hisense released a dynamic spot featuring athletes from the Chinese gymnastic team. The spot, a melee of color and graphic effects, brings Rio a little closer to the audiences watching from China.



Anta, an official sponsor of the Chinese Olympic team, created an epic commercial showcasing the Olympic team preparing for the battles ahead.


Two months before the games, Coca Cola released its Olympic commercial, inviting the world-record-holding swimmer Sun Yang, female volleyball star Zhu Ting, and members of the 4x100m relay team, to show people what the Olympics meant to them.


Unlike the major spots that feature athletes, Dunlop’s spot depicts another aspect of the Olympic spirit in our everyday life.


With three days left of the games, we look forward to the final round of ads from Rio 2016.
