My name is Liu Jiaxi, but in the industry, everyone is used to calling me Wan Zi. I graduated from Shanghai Theatre Academy with a major in costume and makeup design, and then continued studying for a Master’s degree in costume in Shanghai Theatre Academy. In 2015, I established my own theatrical costume design studio, mainly designing costumes for stage performance, advertising, opening ceremony, evening party and other events. The main works and projects I participated in include stage plays “Legend of Yun Qu”, “Double Star”, immersive play “Sleep No More”, “Secret Cinema”; 2017 League of Legends Beijing Bird’s Nest Final Opening Ceremony; shooting of Dettol commercial and more.

我的名字叫刘嘉茜，不过在行业中，大家都习惯叫我丸子。我毕业于上海戏剧学院服装与化妆设计专业，后又攻读了上海戏剧学院的戏剧服装专业的硕士学位。2015年成立了自己的戏剧服装设计工作室。主要承接各类舞台演出、广告、开幕式、晚会等表演服装设计与制作的工作。主要作品及参与的项目有舞台剧《曲云传》、《双星记》、浸入式戏剧《不眠之夜》、《秘密影院》、2017年英雄联盟北京鸟巢总决赛开幕式、滴露的广告的拍摄等等。

5. Your favorite creative project you’ve ever worked on, and why you like it so much? 你曾经参与过的创意项目其中，那个是你最喜欢的项目；为什么你这么喜欢它?

My favourite project is stage play “Legend of Yun Qu”, because this was the first time I’ve really got involved in designing ancient Chinese costumes. I like projects like this with traditional clothing.

最喜欢的是舞台剧《曲云传》，因为这个舞台剧是第一次真正意义上涉足中国古风类的造型设计，自己很喜欢与传统服饰有关的戏剧类的造型设计。
