Sascha Schmidt is visual effects artist and supervisor with more than 12 years of experience in compositing and supervising large and small sized projects in Europe, South Africa and Malaysia. His two main focuses are beauty work and car commercials. His main tool is flame / inferno. Sascha has worked on many high end award winning commercials and is also often involved during pre-production as a creative handheld for agency creatives and/or directors. After operating his own postproduction house “Lafourmi” from 2005 until 2012 in Hamburg, Germany he decided to relocate to Thailand with his family and is now working as an independent freelancer in Europe and Asia.
