Full Time Project/Office Manager Needed

We are looking for a full time project manager to join our small team. 

Currently, we are maintaining a bilingual advertising production e-magazine as well as managing social media content for several clients and also running an international filmmakers representative agency. We need someone ambitious to come on board to help organise the details of all of our many projects. 

Ideal candidate should be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook, organised and focused on growing the business.  A natural forward-planner who critically assesses own performance and who is and comfortable dealing with an array of situations as they arise. We are looking for someone reliable to join our team, someone who wants to work on a variety of different projects and is happy to work together with us towards a more organised and profitable business. 

Requirements : 

Language - Native Chinese, fluent English

Knowledge of advertising industry a plus, but not necessary

Comfort with excel, word, etc.
